Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st, 1989) is an American actor. She was a character on Deborah Gallagher in the series Shameless (from 2011 to 2021) in addition to Harris Conner Healy, in the series tenth and following seasons of Roseanne. Kenney was an New York City native born in the month of September, 1999. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense attorney, and Kevin Kenney, a sports writer, who previously wrote in the New York Post and now is employed by Fox Sports.
