Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actress. The actress gained fame in the 70s, and early 80s through the roles she played in numerous television shows, where she was portrayed as a glamorous actress. Fairchild started her career as Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow, a CBS daytime soap from 1973 to 1977. After appearing on Dallas in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first primetime actress she was then a part of the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this part, she received with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the best Actress - Television Series - Drama. In 1984, she was a co-star on ABC's short-lived show on primetime called Paper Dolls. Between 1985 to 1986, Fairchild played attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also a performer in the theatre, and has appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she won a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Star in Comedy Series.
